When we first decided to write a Bevinco Brief about customer service that would benefit our bar and restaurant owner clients, our research brought us to an article in a blog posting by Chicago businessman /entrepreneur Jay Goltz.: How to S.A.V.E. Customer Service.
Customer Service is important in any sector but especially in the Hospitality industry. In bars and restaurants it can make or break each visitor’s experience. Since Mr. Goltz has captured just what we wanted to say and has used an easy to remember acronym we have decided to run the article - with Jay’s permission of course!
