I would highly recommend BEVINCO to others in the
industry. It just makes sense. You pay 1% or so of your sales total
to save 15-20% of loss, not to mention the increased order
accuracy and inventory/ordering time savings.

~Collin Castore, Owner, Bodega Café in Columbus, Ohio
Collin Castore is the owner of the four-year-old
Bodega Café in Columbus, Ohio. When BEVINCO
owner Chuck Deibel offered a free audit,
Castore took him up on it.
"We did our first audit with BEVINCO about
three years ago," said Castore. "I was shocked
that BEVINCO found that I was missing around
15 percent of my inventory, almost $1000 at
cost."
Over the next few months Deibel worked with
Castore and his team to reduce Bodega’s
shrinkage rate to between 5-8 percent. And for
at least the past 12 months, losses at Bodega
have held steady at 2-4 percent, which can be
mainly be attributed to human error.
"Aside from the loss issues BEVINCO has also
been an invaluable tool for ordering. Knowing a
reasonable par and quantity on hand has
saved literally 5-10 hours a week of counting
and measuring along with countless trips back
and forth to the store," said Castore. "I would
highly recommend BEVINCO to others in the
industry. It just makes sense. You pay 1 percent
or so of your sales total to save 15-20 percent of
loss, not to mention the increased order accuracy
and inventory/ordering time savings."
