I wanted to thank you and the BEVINCO team for the work you are doing for us at Main Street & Main. When our TGI Fridays restaurants started to use the BEVINCO service in January 2000, we thought we knew which of our locations were in need of attention because of their high pour costs. While your audits proved we were right about that, we were surprised to discover that almost all our restaurants had significant alcohol losses - even those with "good" pour costs.

We find your weekly rankings of our locations by BEVINCO Rating to be the best measure of each store's efficiency. We don't simply look at pour costs anymore.

Most importantly, we have seen significant reductions in our alcohol losses at almost every store - and we have seen the results flow-through to our bottom-line. At our best stores, our bartenders now handle our alcohol as carefully as they handle the cash.

Our challenge now is to ensure that the management at all our locations understands that they are accountable for the results of our BEVINCO reports. I look forward to working with you to make this a reality.
