This letter is to highly recommend the services of Bevinco Beverage Consultants and Jack Jones. He has been working with Remington's since December of last year. We had been running at 22% cost, which is considered very good given our pricing structure and location. Jack assured me that as good as our cost was, we could run an even better cost. After only three to four weeks our cost was in the teens. He also has been able to keep that cost there by the accuracy of their service and the additional analysis given by Mr. Jones. After the third week, Jack came in and conducted a meeting with the bar staff letting them know where the shortages occur and how and why they might be happening. Just the fact of having Bevinco come in and weighing our liquor, draft and counting our bottle beer is enough to eliminate most shrinkage. If that doesn't do the trick, their spotting services can identify which bartenders may be the cause of your losses. Bevinco has been so helpful that they increased my bottom line revenue by $10,,000 in just the month of June alone.
