To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing this letter in regards to the Bevinco Company. In the time that they were employed by Rams Head Tavern, Bevinco successfully audited our beer, wine, and liquor to help us lessen our waste and improve our profits. On a weekly basis, as audits were completed, a final report was given to me that showed our losses. I found that these reports helped me to manage and run a successful business. Due to the work ethic and courteousness of Al Darlin and his staff, we at Rams Head Tavern found them very valuable to us.
