Jack Jones of Bevinco has been auditing Potowmack Landing Restaurant since August 1996, 1 highly recommend his services to every Restaurant operation.
Jack presents a report weekly
explaining in full detail information to effectively help control bar
inventory and cost. Since August, my wine pour cost has been reduced from
47% to 35%, beer pour cost has reduced from 24% to 20% and continues to
improve each month. I can
say in confidence that Bevinco plays a major role in controlling costs
and that these costs will remain in-line as long as I continue the company's
services. Jack has made himself available for staff meeting to raise employee
awareness of controlling costs. Jack is a true professional.
