I was interested in Bevinco's
service right from the beginning. I was aware
that issues with the bar inventory were present, however, I needed an
accurate account of what was taking place. After a few weeks using the
service, it was apparent that this is a system that WORKS!
I am not interested in pour
cost or liquor cost to determine the efficiency
Obzeet. (it is a great means to price my goods) With Bevinco's information
I use shrinkages, (shortage or loss) to determine if my staff is performing
their job properly. The detail of the reports allows me to react to week
to week results. Additionally, the par/order report keeps our inventory
at
a minimum. It also eliminates the time consuming task of having the bar
order done in house.
This service is a that any
restaurant or bar owner must consider! Anyone
who wants to lower they're cost, increase sales, and lower physical
inventory must give Bevinco a shot!
It is the Bottom Line we are
speaking of and Bevinco is a no cost service.
The money recovered by them pays for the service and more!
