Dear Roger,
It has now been close to 15 months since we committed to your beverage control, services and system.
As you recall, the immediate problem was one of support from the senior operational management team. We also felt the need to justify the costs involved with your services. Also there were concerns about your organizations thoroughness and tenacity.
I am happy to say that on all the above question marks, your services and system have positively answered all our concerns. The results being quite simple:
