To Whom It May Concern:

I would like to take this opportunity to highly recommend the services of
Bevinco to any bar/restaurant operator interested in putting more money to
their bottom line. When Bevinco approached me, my pour costs were a little
high based on what I considered, and was taught were "industry Standards".
Bevinco has taught me that you must compare your ideal pour cost to your
actual pour cost or you are doing your business a huge injustice.

With the pinpoint accuracy and professionalism they provide, I am able to
get a weekly report with lets me know how much liquor is use to the 100th
of an ounce and beer to each specific brand. The same way I reconcile the
cash drawer to the sales each day.

When Bevinco started we were missing almost $1000 a week in revenue, now we
are missing less than $100 a week. We let the employees know on a weekly
basis how they performed. This gives me an opportunity to let the staff
know if they are doing a good job or if ewe have any issues to address.

I will not run a bar with the services of Bevinco and look forward to a long
