To Whom It May Concern,

We have been in the restaurant business for over 26 years. Most of our employees have been with us since the beginning. Operating a profitable business has become increasing difficult over the times and continues to be a struggle with each day.

Andy Joslin from SYSCO referred us to BEVINCO and that is when we began working with Anthony Parato. Initially we didn’t feel we needed the services of BEVINCO, with employees who are like family why would we have a problem? Sounds dumb, I know, and boys were we in for an eye opening experience.

The last few months have been a tremendous eye opener for us. Anthony has worked diligently to help us to reduce our shrinkage and get a handle on our pour cost over the bar. In an area we thought we didn’t need to spend much time on proved to be one of our biggest areas of concern.

Through employee meetings, classes on how to pour properly, inventory controls and much more we are now on the track to a more profitable bar. We do own it all to Anthony’s hard work and persistence with us. We have referred several of our restaurant friends to this service.

We are so glad we gave him the opportunity to work with us, and this experience has made us more conscientious in other areas of our operation as well.
