To Whom It May Concern:
This is a letter
of recommendation for the excellent service and results
provided by Clay Wallin and BEVINCO BAR SYSTEMS. As an owner and operator
of a full service bar and restaurant I have always been exasperated by
the
constant fluctuations of my liquor, wine and beer costs. I could never
put
my finger on why these costs would randomly go up or down from month to
month.
Bevinco approached
me about 6 months ago. After reviewing the reports that
Bevinco would provide me, the assurance of lowering my costs through
Bevinco's unique system, I decided to give them a try.
The first thing we
did was to set up a series of secret audits, so I had a
good understanding of exactly what liquor, wine and beers was not being
accounted for. Next came a bar staff meeting conducted by Bevinco which
introduced the bar to the new way we would now be conducting our internal
inventory controls. The bartenders' somewhat negative reception was
anticipated, since now ever ounce of liquor and wine, and ever bottle
of
beer were being monitored.
The promised results
were immediate. All my costs dropped dramatically and
are very consistent on a week to week, and month to month basis. The reports
give me the information I need to best manage my people.
I would strongly
recommend any liquor establishment to make use of Bevinco's
Services . If and when I open another restaurant, Bevinco will be part
of
the team there from day one.
