To Whom It May Concern:
I would like to recommend the services of Bevinco Bar
Systems and Clay
Wallin for any bar operation to maximize profits. While I have always
managed to closely track my pour costs effectively, I was unable to tell
whether these should be lower.
The week after Bevinco met with our staff the shrinkage
we had seen
disappeared and our pour cost was reduced. We consistently run under 5%
shrinkage now.
The reports provide me with information to manage my people.
And now
employees are conscientious about what is served for the sake of our
inventory control and consistency. In addition, Clay's pricing analysis
and
drink mix report has provided revealing information that has helped me
make
decisions about price points and product mixes that generate more profit.
