Bevinco Training

Bevinco mandates that all Franchise Partners attend an extensive training program at our Corporate Headquarters in Toronto, Canada.

Initially, new Franchise Partners spend time with their Senior Partner who will orient them to the business. Next, they will fly to Toronto, Canada for five days of training at the Bevinco Global Office facility. Following their training in Toronto, Franchise Partners spend additional time with their Senior Partner, to practice and utilize what has been learned. This is usually done in the Senior Partner's territory over 4 days. The final phase of training involves the Senior Partner going to the new Franchisee's territory to advise on initial audit set up and opening count once the new franchisee has a client.

Our Franchise Partners benefit from a comprehensive training program that strikes an ideal balance between practical hands-on application and classroom theoretical exposure. If fact, we believe in this methodology so much that our Corporate Trainer is also a successful Bevinco franchisee with vast front line experience.

At the same time, our customers know that when a Bevinco analyst is doing an audit in their bar he/she has completed our extensive training & meets our stringent requirements. Bevinco has a 20+ year reputation on the line.

What Does Training at the Global Office Involve?

At the Bevinco headquarters in Toronto, the Training Centre consists of a class room and 3 fully stocked bars built just as one would find in the field. This environment provides the ideal means of sharing our in-depth industry knowledge with new franchisees.

Strong emphasis is placed on thorough instruction on our proprietary software and measurement techniques, report breakdown and analytics, best bar practices, and customer service. There are also sales and marketing modules with time dedicated to database building, effective follow up, client retention and prospecting.

Training Doesn’t End There!

New franchisees have access to all this as well as opportunities to attend educational webinars from the comfort of their desks run by Global Headquarters that feature successful franchisees discussing relevant topics and sharing their tips for success. The extensive data and training materials in our private corporate intranet are always available to you; as are networking opportunities with other Bevinco franchisee partners.

And most importantly remember that many of our experienced franchisee partners have been in the field for several years and assume leadership roles to mentor the new franchisees. These senior partners effectively communicate with both customers and corporate team members, generate energy among new franchisees and channel it for maximum benefit. They share their knowledge and expertise on an ongoing basis. Your Senior Partner will work closely with you to coach you and mentor you and along with support from corporate office they will recommend strategies for client retention and acquisition.
